1 - Introduction and Regulatory Framework

If a user voluntarily includes such information in open-ended responses, it will be treated with strict confidentiality.

We do not store credit card data or sensitive banking information. These are processed directly by our secure payment gateways.

• Manage the contractual relationship.

5 - Use of Artificial Intelligence 

MOB uses artificial intelligence technology providers to process user-submitted information and generate automated results.

• AI does not replace professional human judgment.

• Generated results are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional advice.

• User data is not used to train public third-party AI models.

• MOB does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties.

• Technology providers act solely as data processors for service delivery.

• AI processing involves automation but does not include automated decision-making that produces legal effects for the user.

6 - Aggregated and Anonymized Data

MOB may use anonymized and aggregated information for:

Such data: 

• Does not allow direct or indirect identification of any user

• Does not include personally identifiable information

• Cannot be used for re-identification
